A full Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request for customers who require one for compliance purposes (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA-adjacent workflows, etc.).

Data residency

BuildForce deployments run on GCP infrastructure. Data residency options (US, EU) are available — contact us to discuss your requirements before signing.

Sub-processors

Our current sub-processors include Google Cloud Platform, Cloudflare, and Supabase. A full sub-processor list is included in the DPA.

Full DPA template reviewed by counsel will be finalized before the first customer signs.
